Matt Bowles
Founder
Matt is a business leader, dealmaker and entrepreneur. With 15 years of combined operations management and transactional experience, Matt is committed to partnering with great business owners for great outcomes in their transitions. Matt began his career at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, leading a department of more than 30 tire builders in the aircraft tire manufacturing division. He has spent more than a decade as an M&A advisor, guiding buyers and sellers to successful closings on large and small deals. Along the way, Matt has consistently delivered top results, implemented innovative systems and developed and empowered teams to succeed.
A native North Carolinian, Matt and his wife and two sons are deeply rooted in this region and locked-in on making impactful investments here into the future. Matt has a J.D. from George Mason University and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and he continues to live by the Eagle Scout values developed early on — among them, determination, integrity, service to others and a thirst for adventure.
Jack Semke
Analyst
Jack is a business professional currently earning a BA in finance at Villanova University. He has completed business and finance internships with Verger Capital Management and an education company, is a member of the Villanova Finance Group and Accounting Society, and holds a Bloomberg certification. Originally from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Jack is a graduate of Forsyth Country Day School, and outside of work, he enjoys golf, traveling and reading.
